Quartz is perfect for kitchen counters, bathroom vanity tops, fireplaces, shower edges, window sills and coffee tables. Using quartz in businesses for food service counters, conference tables and reception tops is also a popular choice. It is not recommended to use quartz for exterior purposes as too much exposure to ultraviolet light can discolor it.
Similar to granite, quartz slabs also come in certain maximum sizes. The jumbo-sized slabs are usually 125” x 65”. If countertops are longer than these sizes, they need to be seamed. It is similar to granite in this aspect. We try and make this seam as inconspicuous as possible.
Yes, all types of sinks fit and will be measured and sized prior. Sink sizes are determined by the size of the sink cabinet. The sink needs to be on-site during installation to ensure proper fitting and sealing.

Phu Tai Quartz is resistant to all kinds of cracks, chips, scratches and stains. However, like most materials, excessive force, high point loads, pressure or heat may cause damage to the surface. Like all surface materials Phú Tài Quartz should be treated with care.
Phú Tài Quartz designs are just as stain and scratch resistant as our polished surfaces, never require sealing and are simple to clean. However the Concrete matte finish doesn't disguise marks as well as the polished designs, meaning more regular cleaning to provide a thorough all-over surface clean. It is extremely important that a Phú Tài Quartz colour benchtop is only ever wiped down using a clean cloth solely for that purpose. Don’t use a cloth used to wash dishes as it may impart oils and other contaminants to the concrete finish surface.
Phu Tai Quartz recreates the unique designs of natural stone, providing unique beauty and durability with waterproof, wear-resistant, stain-resistant, and heat-resistant features. However, to keep your PhuTaiQuartz as functional and flawless as it was on day one, follow these simple guidelines:
Clean regularly
Phu Tai Quartz is easy to maintain and does not require to be polished. All you need to do is simply wipe the surface with a towel and warm water, or with diluted soap. In the process of using, stains from fruits, colored beverages, alcohol, ink may accidentally stay on the surface. In this case, you should use a damp cotton cloth to wipe it away. If stains are still left on the surface, or the stains have dried, you should clean it with a mild detergent mixed with warm water. It is also recommended that surfaces be cleaned regularly to avoid dust and keep the area clean in which they are applied.
Avoid applying force
The bearing capacity of Phu Tai Quartz is greater than other common natural stones. However, users should not abuse the product with too much force such as placing too heavy objects on the surface, sitting, standing on a surface at its weak, or inappropriate support. The edges of the product are also weak bearing positions, so it is necessary to avoid applying too much strength to these areas
Avoid sharp objects
The anti-abrasion feature is resistant to scratches with common items such as keys, items with metal bases. To keep the product surface in the best condition, users should not use sharp objects such as knives, scissors directly on the product.
Recommended temperature
All-natural stone surfaces, including Phu Tai Quartz, can be damaged by any sudden and excessive heat changes, especially near the edges, both directly hot objects as well as continuously hot objects in some time on the surface. Placemats under hot pots, pans, grills, electric fryers, hobs, and ovens…. before placing them on Phu Tai Quartz is recommended.
Avoid direct sunlight
Phu Tai Quartz also recommends that customers do not place the product in direct sunlight for a long time. This can cause discoloration and warping of the product.
Limit exposure to harsh chemicals
Corrosive chemicals can damage any surface, including Phu Tai Quartz. Do not expose the Phu Tai Quartz stone surface to alkalis, strong acids, oxidizing agents, other chemicals, or similar cleaning agents. Also, do not use any kind of sealant, penetrant for Phu Tai Quartz. This will cause the surface of the product to lose its original appearance.
Cases will not be covered by the warranty
The warranty does not apply to products that have been removed, replaced, or altered from their original installation, or products damaged by misuse as recommended above, including sudden changes in temperature or thermal shock, partial or total direct exposure of the product to sunlight, apply excessive force from the user with utensils or objects, causing cracks, fractures, pitting. In addition, the design of the support frame, kitchen cabinets, floor, etc, not by technical standards, not enough force to support the product are not covered by the warranty.
Your Responsibilities
Products are carefully checked and preserved before being shipped and delivered to the receiving address, the owner is responsible for carefully re-checking the product when receiving and handing over supplies (attached to the material handover minutes). Quartz, also called “engineered stone,” is one of the hardest minerals on earth, thus when used as a countertop option in homes, it is arguably the most durable choice. Unlike other mined natural stone slabs, quartz is produced in a factory. Here are some other reasons people love quartz countertops:
- They can be made in a variety of colors from bright red to lime green, as well as popular brown, black and cream neutral colors.
- Quartz is less likely to crack or chip in compared to granite or marble since it is stronger.
- It is a non-porous material so it will not harbor bacteria in tiny cracks like other countertop materials.
- It is resistant to stains so oil, juice, wine, tomato, coffee and more have no effect on the color.
Currently, we have 3 main collections, which are Classical, Marble, and Calacatta. Each collection has its own style and aesthetic. If the Classical collection exudes charm, splendor, and classicism just like its name, the Marble collection brings pure beauty, flexibility, lightness, and elegance, suitable for any space. Completely different from the other 2 collections, Calacatta has a strong, sharp, and classy personality that attracts all eyes, fits for modern homeowners and wants to assert themselves.
The primary ingredient in this type of countertop 93% ground quartz, which is combined with polyester resins to bind it together. Pigments are added to give it color. Quartz is an attractive look in kitchens and some designs even incorporate small amounts of recycled glass or metallic flecks into it.
Due to the durability and special type of resins mixed within the quartz during production, quartz countertops are resistant to stains. They are a nonporous surface, which means staining substances do not settle in small pores, causing discoloration.
Quartz is among the most durable counter surfaces you can purchase, and they are scratch-resistant under normal usage. It is not indestructible, as any surface can be damaged with extreme abuse, however quartz is durable and withstands well in normal usage. To keep its shine and luster, a cutting board is recommended when using knives.
Quartz is a low-maintenance countertop, unlike granite which typically requires a new protective top coat at least once a year. These surfaces never need to be sealed, unlike some natural stone options.
No. Quartz countertops are nonporous, thus bacteria and other substances cannot get into the surface.
Quartz is better at resisting heat in comparison to laminate surfaces like Formica, but when compared to granite or other stone countertops, quartz is not as heat resistant and care should be used. The resin component of the Quartz surfaces makes it vulnerable to direct heat like placing hot pans directly from the oven etc. Trivets and hot pads should be used for hot pans or hot hair tools in the bathroom to keep quartz looking its best.
In comparison to other high-end countertop materials such as granite, slate and marble, quartz is very comparable.
We recommend using cleaning products with a pH between 5-8, as products outside this range may damage the surface. Cleaning products such as oven grill cleaners, floor strippers, toilet bowl cleaners, oil soaps, tarnish removers, furniture cleaners, drain products, etc. could be damaging to your countertop. If your surface accidentally is exposed to any of these potentially damaging products, rinse with water immediately.
